1. Nature of Products

All products sold on Bipul Digital — including but not limited to videos, audio files, eBooks, templates, software, and graphics — are digital in nature.
Once a product has been purchased and access or download has been provided, it is considered delivered and consumed.

Due to the non-returnable and intangible nature of digital goods, we do not provide refunds or cancellations once the product has been delivered, except under specific conditions mentioned below.

2. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be issued only in the following limited circumstances:

  1. Duplicate Payment:
    If the same transaction is accidentally processed more than once, we will refund the duplicate amount after verification.
  2. Non-Delivery of Product:
    If you have successfully completed the payment but did not receive access to the product due to a verified technical error on our side (such as broken download links or failed delivery email).
  3. Technical Defects (Server Errors):
    If there is a proven issue from our server preventing product access, and we are unable to resolve it within 3 business days of receiving your complaint.

Refunds are not applicable under the following situations:

  • You no longer require or wish to use the product.
  • You purchased by mistake or changed your mind.
  • You lack the technical ability or software required to use the product.
  • You failed to download or access the product within the stated period.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days via the same payment method used for purchase (subject to Razorpay or bank timelines).

4. Cancellations

Since all products are digitally delivered instantly upon payment confirmation, order cancellations are not possible once the purchase has been completed.

5. Disputes and Chargebacks

We strongly encourage users to contact our support team before raising any payment dispute or chargeback with their bank or payment provider.
